Are your scrubs true to size?
Yes! Our scrubs are designed to be true to size with a flattering, professional fit. We provide a detailed size chart for reference. If you’re between sizes or unsure, our team is happy to guide you through the selection process.
What materials are your scrubs made of?
We use several performance-focused fabric blends to meet different preferences and needs:
- Polyester-Cotton Blend (65/35): Durable, wrinkle-resistant, easy to wash
- Cotton-Rich Fabrics (100% or 55/45 Cotton/Polyester): Breathable and soft, ideal for sensitive skin
- Polyester-Spandex (92/8): Stretchy, flexible, moisture-wicking
- Polyester/Rayon/Spandex Blends: Lightweight, ultra-soft, and comfortable with a luxe feel
Do you offer plus, petite, or tall sizes?
Yes! We proudly offer inclusive sizing, including plus sizes, petite, and tall options to ensure a great fit for every healthcare professional.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We know fit and feel matter. Sample orders are available upon request. Just let us know the size and style, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Ordering & Shipping FAQs
How long does shipping take?
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (USPS or UPS Ground)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing (UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Express)
You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.
Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Pricing depends on the quantity, production style, branding method, and customization requirments.

Can I customize scrubs with logos or names?
Yes! We offer full customization services, including:
- Embroidery or screen printing (logos, names, departments)

- Fabric upgrades (stretch, antimicrobial, moisture-wicking)
Minimum of 12 pieces. Mockups and quote sheets are available for approval before production.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- Tags are attached and in original packaging
- Items are not customized or final sale
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for size or color changes. If your requested item is out of stock, you can select a different item or receive store credit.

How do I wash and care for my scrubs?
- Pre-treat stains before washing
- Turn inside out to reduce color fading

Are your scrubs fade- and wrinkle-resistant?
Yes! Our scrubs are designed with colorfast dyes and wrinkle-resistant fabrics that hold up to frequent washing—even in industrial settings.
Are your fabrics stain-resistant?
Yes. Most of our blends repel common stains and spills, making cleanup fast and easy. For even more durability, we offer premium stain-resistant options for bulk or custom orders.
Do you work with institutions and government agencies?
Yes. Uniforms by OAS provides customized uniform solutions for businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. We can provide a capabilty statement, product options, custom quotes, and purchasing support upon request.
Payment & Checkout FAQs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Business and bulk orders may also be paid through an eletronic invoice.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and local/state regulations.
Is shopping on your website safe?

International Shipping
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. However, we’re actively working on expanding internationally. If you’re outside the U.S., contact us to be notified when global shipping becomes available.
